Q. Do you ship to ______ ?
A. I ship worldwide using USPS or UPS. You can select your choice during checkout on the store.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Premade items typically are mailed within 1-3 days of your purchase. Shipping times from there will vary greatly depending on the state of the world during this Covid 19 Pandemic. You will receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your package.
Q. How do you keep fragile items from breaking?
A. Fragile items are shipped in cardboard jewelry boxes with padding, and placed inside a bubble mailer, or wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside a manilla envelope.
Q. How environmentally friendly is your shipping?
A. Whenever possible I reuse shipping and packing materials. This allows me to help keep things like bubble wrap out of the landfills longer.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Q. When is a purchase eligible for a refund?
A. All sales are final. I do not offer refunds. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact with pictures of the issue. I will be happy to work with you to find a solution to any problem.
Q. My item arrived broken. Can I get a refund? If your item arrived broken, please send me pictures of the packaging (if it was damaged), and the damage done to the item. If the package is damaged and this has caused your item to be damaged, a claim will be filed with USPS and if they find in our favor, a refund will be issued when they pay the claim. If the item arrived broken and the packaging is fine, please send me a picture of the damage so that I can assess the issue. If it is indeed broken, you can send it back to me and I will repair the damage. In the event of irreparable damage, a refund may be given on a case by case basis.
Q. My item does not fit. Can I return or exchange it?
A. Yes. If you ordered an item and you chose the wrong size, you can mail it back to me to adjust. You need only pay shipping. If you would like to return the item for a refund, it must be returned in original condition. You will be refunded for the cost of the item, minus a $5 restocking fee.
Q. Is there a warranty for my purchase?
A. Your item is guaranteed to be free from defects. Damage from normal wear and tear is not covered. If an item breaks while you are wearing it, please gather up as much of it as you can and send a picture of the item and damage to TheDragonsGem.email@example.com. I will assess the damage and have you return it to me to repair free of charge if it appears to have broken due to a flaw in my workmanship. (Examples of things not covered are if you drop it and the stone shatters, or you step on it and destroy the wires). If you break your item due to neglect, you may send it in for a free repair one time, and pay the cost of shipping. Any repairs after that will be billed based on the amount of work needed to complete.
Q. How much does a custom order cost?
A. I require a non refundable $30 deposit, or 1/2 of the estimated finished price (whichever is greater without going over the total cost of the item). The total price will depend on the cost of materials and the amount of hours needed to complete it. My hourly labor charge is $10 per hour.
Q. How long does a custom order take to complete?
A. It takes as long as it takes. I will give you my best estimate possible when you make your order. I try to stick to a 2 week time frame to give myself enough time to allow for life. Making jewelry is not my full time job.
Q. Will you copy this artist's work?
A. The short answer is No. The long answer is, it depends. If the artist makes tutorials that I have purchased from in the past, or makes videos that are free to the public, I am willing to mimic their style if I believe it is within my capability to do so. I am willing to accept inspiration pics, but I will need to complete the item my way and include changes that make it my own. I will not copy an item in an attempt to create a counterfeit.
Q. You are sold out of this item, can I custom order it?
A. If I have the materials in stock, or can easily get the items needed to remake it, then yes. Please send me an email at to discuss options.
